Preschool Curriculum
Echo Childcare uses the Handwriting Without Tears program to support early writing, fine motor development, and school readiness. This research-based, hands-on curriculum helps children build confidence, develop proper writing habits, and create a strong foundation for future literacy success.
Art Curriculum
Echo Childcare’s art curriculum is an active learning approach where children construct knowledge through hands-on experiences with people, objects, and ideas. Our art activities emphasize "child-initiated" learning supported by adults, fostering independence, decision-making, and social-emotional development.
Self-Regulation
Echo Childcare uses the Zones of Regulation to teach self-regulation skills. This simple framework helps children recognize their emotions, energy levels, and level of alertness while learning that all feelings are okay. Through the Zones, children develop the skills to understand and manage their emotions and behaviors in safe, appropriate ways.
